What we collect
This website has no sign-up forms or user accounts. It does have a live chat window, and anything you type into it (including a name or email address, if you choose to give one) is sent to our chat provider, so that we can reply. Apart from that, the only data collected automatically is anonymous usage statistics through Google Analytics, such as pages viewed, approximate location, device type and how you reached the site. Google Analytics sets cookies to do this. We do not collect names, email addresses or phone numbers through the website itself.
When you contact us
Most enquiries reach us through WhatsApp or a phone call. Anything you share in that conversation (your name, business details, project requirements) is used only to reply to you and to scope and deliver your project. We do not sell or share it with third parties, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Cookies
Two services set cookies on this site: Google Analytics, for the usage statistics described above, and Crisp, which uses them to keep a chat conversation attached to you if you reload the page. You can block cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's opt-out browser add-on, without affecting how the rest of the site works. Blocking them will stop the chat from remembering an in-progress conversation.
Third-party services
The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, analytics from Google, and the live chat widget from Crisp. Each of those providers may log your IP address when your browser requests those files, and Crisp stores the contents of any chat you start. Their own privacy policies apply to that processing.
Your rights
