The content on perfectapps.in is provided for general information about our services and past work. We try to keep it accurate, but it is not a contractual offer. Case study details describe the work as delivered and do not guarantee the same outcome for another business.
Project work
Every project is agreed separately in writing (usually over WhatsApp or email) before work begins. That agreement sets the scope, timeline, price and payment schedule, and it takes precedence over anything on this website.
Intellectual property
Once a project is paid in full, the client owns the website design, content and code delivered for that project. Perfect Apps keeps the right to show the work in its portfolio and case studies unless the client asks otherwise. Third-party components (fonts, libraries, stock imagery) remain under their own licences.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content they provide, for owning or licensing any images and text they ask us to publish, and for maintaining their own domain, hosting and third-party accounts unless we have agreed to manage them.
Liability
We build to current best practice, but we cannot guarantee search rankings, traffic or sales, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any project is limited to the fees paid for that project.
